tooling if oversize material is fed into machine to avoid damage to tool

Machine operation
Radial axes of all spindles are equipped with mechanical digital readouts
axial movement is via incremental dial . Top spindle fitted with digital readouts
to both axis
Central position of spindle lubrication points at the front side of the machine.
Safety and noise protection
Safety enclosure with easily lift-able safety hood with window covers the entire work area (feed and spindles) and protects against mechanical hazards.
When the safety hood is lifted, spindles and feed are automatically switched off.
The safety enclosure cannot be opened during automatic operation according to CE regulations
Electromagnetic interlocking of the safety hood (the hood may be opened
only after the spindles have stopped rotating).

The machine is supplied with CE mark and the associated EU certificate of conformity.
The completely enclosed safety capsule complies with the EU standard. Higher noise emission values that may occur under conditions deviating from DIN standards due to applications such as high tool revolution and/or high feed speed, large profile depths, use of circular saw blades or other production conditions causing noise levels to increase. If country-specific limits are exceeded, then in such a case, the operator is responsible for any additional appropriate noise control.
